Report Use Policy

Independent reports are for controlled reading, not reuse, repackaging or redistribution.

Rupeia publishes independent reports for client-side reading and decision context. Access does not transfer reproduction, editing, distribution or republication rights.

What you can do

Limited reference with attribution

You may cite short extracts or exact lines from a Rupeia report for internal discussion, committee reading, criticism or review, provided the source is clearly attributed to Rupeia and the meaning is not altered.

You may use the report for your own reading, diligence preparation, manager discussion and internal decision support during the active access window.

Any broader use requires Rupeia's written permission.

What you cannot do

No copying, capture or derivative report creation

You may not take screenshots, screen recordings, copy text, download, republish, circulate, upload, archive, resell, rebrand or extract the report into a new memo, newsletter, deck or research product.

You may not edit lines, paraphrase sections into a fresh report, remove context, or create a derivative work that presents Rupeia's analysis as your own.

You may not share credentials or extend access to users who were not granted the session directly.

Possible action

What can happen if the report is misused

Rupeia may suspend access, invalidate sessions, review access logs, issue takedown requests, demand deletion of copied material, and pursue civil or criminal remedies where unauthorized reproduction, adaptation, distribution or infringement is detected.

Under the Government of India's copyright handbook, copyright owners may seek injunctions, damages and accounts in civil proceedings, and knowing infringement may also attract criminal consequences under applicable law.
